I am very excited to announce that I will be offering EMDR Intensives in 2026! EMDR Intensives offer an accelerated way to heal which is great for those who want meaningful therapeutic outcomes in a shorter timeframe. Instead of weekly or fortnightly sessions, EMDR Intensives offer focused, extended EMDR treatment and support over a shorter period of time, allowing you to move through trauma with clarity, compassion, and momentum without it feeling stop/start.
