Last art workshop for 2025. We had so much fun today and just an aside it was my 25th class a little milestone for me which I am proud of 😊 I only realised this after the day was over.
Anyway we had such a busy day making Christmas ornaments and baking cookies I completely fogot to take photos of the craft I only got time to take photos of the cookies and the yummy BBQ lunch supplied by Di and the amazing Brookfield team. Such a fun day as always. Well thats I me for 2025 I am heading off early for a well deserved break, see you all fresh and ready to craft. Have a great silly season everyone.

Such a wonderful day at Brookfield and the new farm. The new art/craft studio is amazing such a huge space and I hear rumours of a pool table coming soon. We had an awesome day painting new signs for the studio and barn and playing with craft clay and don’t forget the wonderful Alpacas. Thank you to Di and team for all their amazing work to keep these days running even in the midst of unpacking. Also thank you to the amazing Aleysha for the yummiest BBQ lunch, such a wizzard with the tongs. And last thing to add is my favourite quote for the day came first thing this morning from Di “We haven’t fully moved in until Allison got here” Feeling super blessed to be apart of this amazing group. Hope everyone has a great rest if the weekend ❤️❤️❤️

Well how exciting, today was my first session since my fall and it was so wonderful to be back getting people excited about art and craft - we were also lucky to have the amazing talented artist Chris Gow from Apex Art giving the group a lesson on painting I wanted to join but my craft was calling me today.
Spring racing theme we had Fascinators, hair clips, beading, collage and much more we didnt get time to get out and cisit the animals. But always time all topped for a yummy BBQ lunch. Such a wonderful day. Thank you once again to Di and the Team at Brookfield. Looking forward to what’s in store for the art room at the new farm location. Hi everyone. Well it is over my ankle is pretty much mended. I am still limping around but getting better day by day. So now that that part of my journey is over I thought I would give you a little summary of all my work I completed for my Broken Ankle Series over 108 paintings (I haven't included the ones Im not happy with). I had the most amazing time, painting learning experimenting and playing. Who would have thought a broken bone would have been this much fun. Hi gang me again June was last full month of my broken ankle series. In the middle of this month you will see me back on deck. Which is so thrilling I can hardly wait, the countdown is on. It will be sad to leave the massive creativity session but I will be able to get back to my craft classes and everyone at the farm I have been so desperately missing, also slowly get back to my walking, and even my fellow admin crew my other job. In 2 weeks I will be back to normal (well as normal as I can get 😍). In the mean time soak up all my posting as I may go a little quiet after this craziness. ❤️❤️
