After a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to close down my “High on Life” page.

With increasing commitments—most importantly stepping into the role of Deputy Mayor of Hobsons Bay—I simply can’t give this space the time and energy it deserves. This page has meant a lot to me, and I’m genuinely grateful for the support, positivity, and community we’ve built together.

While this chapter is coming to a close, I encourage you to keep seeking out positive psychology pages and communities for your daily inspiration and growth.

Remember: you are the master of your own mind. What you choose to think, feel, and act on is always within your control.

Here’s to finding, being, and owning the best version of yourself 🤗

Wow! so this is what our young people are being exposed to today thar fosters lack of self confidence, low self-esteem & self worth. No wonder so many kids are struggling with with real communication styles (like looking people in the eye) and authentic friendships. Back in our day we compared ourselves to models in glamour magazines but at least we had the choice to say NO and walk out the store.
