Essence Ayurveda

Essence Ayurveda Her vision and purpose are to make the healing go viral. I am passionate about Ayurveda and love to see it work its magic on people who embrace it.

Our Ayurvedic physician Manjot Garcha brings together 18+ years of experience in Ayurveda, Reiki and intuitive healing to empower her clients physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I have seen amazing transformations in people undergoing treatments. People disappointed with modern medicine often find relief in this 5000 years old wisdom that all encompasses the human life. I love to see its evident workings on the physical body and subtle workings on human mind. I love to study the scriptures and gather their inherent deep secrets and correlate them with science. It interests me greatly to research and discover ayurvedic treatments for lifestyle diseases and those for which modern medicine has not yet found a cure. I listen to the words of the client and to the language of their bodies and try to work out the best advice for them. With my 18 years of experience in panchkarma I reflect on the truth of ancient texts bringing forth the affect changes of seasons have on our bodies and how even seemingly healthy people also need to get themselves serviced (after all human body is also a machine) regularly. No matter where you are from, what point in your lifespan, you will definitely benefit from diet and lifestyle ayurvedic advice. I’ve worked in the field of infertility and managing women’s diseases through Ayurveda. It’s a relief to know that we have an alternative to all the hormonal and invasive therapies being adopted commonly. Nourish your body but more than that cherish yourself and come embark on this journey of health with the confidence that you have a backing of ancient wisdom that hasn’t yet gone wrong.

An invocation of Goddess Lakshmi, Goddess Saraswati and Lord Krishna, chanting or listening to this mantra is a ritual. It is an auspicious way of waking up to a good thought instead of recurring thoughts of doubt, fear or despair.

Some days are just… a lot.

The mind races.
The body tightens.
Everything feels loud, urgent, unfinished.

On days like this, the work is not to fix yourself.

It’s to stay present.

Notice how quickly the inner voice turns sharp:
Why can’t I handle this better?
What’s wrong with me?
Everyone else seems to cope.

Pause there.

Those thoughts are not truth. They’re stress speaking.

Presence doesn’t mean calm. It means staying with yourself instead of abandoning yourself.

One breath. One moment. One kind interruption of the spiral.

You don’t need to rise above the chaos. You only need to stop turning it into a verdict about who you are.

Let today be messy.
Let yourself be human.

And gently choose not to believe every thought that arrives when the nervous system is overwhelmed.

As Caroline Myss wisely says: give yourself five minutes of self-pity.
Five minutes to feel the sadness.
The disappointment.
The quiet grief of an outcome that didn’t arrive.

Not to spiral.
Not to build a story.

But to acknowledge the human ache.
Set a boundary around it.
Let the tears come if they need to.
Then gently stand up again.

Because what carries us forward is not denial.
It is hope.

Hope that the future still holds joy.
Hope that meaning will reveal itself in time.

Hope that healing is not the absence of sorrow, but the courage to move with it.
The journey of healing is, and always will be, a journey of hope.

There are moments when what you want most… doesn’t happen.
And no amount of positive thinking softens the first wave.

You try to stay hopeful.
You redirect your energy.
You tell yourself it’s all unfolding for a reason.

But when the truth lands, there is a brief, sharp heartbreak.

And that moment deserves honesty.

As Caroline Myss wisely says: give yourself five minutes of self-pity.
Five minutes to feel the sadness.
The disappointment.
The quiet grief of an outcome that didn’t arrive.

They say that in moments of celebration and loss, the instruction is simple:

Just show up.
Be there.
Stand beside.
Offer presence.

But is showing up always neutral?

In the pause before entering a room, something subtle often stirs:

Is this the right tone for what is being held here?
Does appearance support the moment, or distract from it?
Will this presence soften the space, or unsettle it?

We’re often told that intention matters more than form.

And yet, form communicates.

Clothes speak.
Timing speaks.
Nervous systems speak.

There are moments when arrival is well-meaning, yet misaligned.

The body is present, but the energy feels out of step.
The room tightens instead of settling.

And there are moments when not arriving is not avoidance,
but reverence.

Care is sent quietly.
Distance becomes a form of respect.
Presence is more than physical attendance.
It is attunement.
It is knowing when to step forward gently.
And when care is better offered from afar.

Perhaps the deeper question is not whether to show up,
but how.

What are your thoughts and experiences?

When you don’t know who you are, acceptance in a relationship quietly turns into compromise.

You may call it understanding.
You may call it love.
But underneath, it’s often self-abandonment wearing a gentle mask.

True acceptance can only happen when you are rooted in yourself. When you know your values, your edges, your needs, your non-negotiables. Only then can you meet another as they are without shrinking, negotiating your truth, or keeping silent to stay connected.

If you don’t know who you are, what feels like “embracing them” is often just staying… because leaving feels scarier than losing yourself.

Self-knowledge isn’t selfish.

It’s the soil where real love grows.

Shivaleela – Untold Tales and Hidden Stories of Mahadev by Vinay Varanasi.

This weekend felt like stepping into something timeless.
Being held in the sacred space of hymns and chanting softened everything inside me. And then… Shiva and Parvati’s wedding. It truly felt like we were attending a real wedding. The rituals, the leela being played out, the joy, the colours, the cultural performances by the children. All of it alive, intimate, and deeply human.

What touched me just as much were the conversations. The sharing. And especially the beautiful talk by Vinay Varanasi, offering a way of seeing spiritual symbolism that gently rearranges how you relate to the stories, not as mythology, but as living wisdom.

I left feeling full.
Grateful.

And deeply honoured to be in the presence of Lord Shiva and Devi Ma, receiving her blessings in such a heartfelt, embodied way.

Some experiences don’t just inspire the mind. They bless the heart.

In Ayurveda, disease rarely begins as disease.

It begins as ama.
Undigested food.
Undigested emotions.
Undigested experiences.

You may not have a diagnosis. But the body keeps showing signs.

Bloating.
Heaviness after meals.
Low energy.
Disturbed sleep.
Emotional eating.
Foggy thinking.
Sluggish digestion.
A sense of being overwhelmed for no clear reason.

These are signs of weak agni and disturbed doshas.

Often Kapha accumulating.
Vata becoming irregular.
Pitta flaring beneath the surface.

When ama is ignored, it doesn’t disappear.

It settles.
It circulates.
It slowly blocks the intelligence of the body.

From the outside, everything may look fine. Inside, imbalance is quietly taking root.

Ayurveda teaches us not to wait for pathology. Care begins when the body whispers, not when it screams.

Strengthen agni.
Clear ama.
Bring the doshas back into rhythm.

Because prevention is not passive. It is conscious daily care.
