This week our time in our lovely Mornington studio comes to a close.
The last appts will be Saturday.
It’s been a pretty wild 4 years in business to be honest 🎢🦠 But we stayed focused on being a calm escape for our much loved clients and it’s been so rewarding and full of love.
I’m going to be moving part time into a clinic in McCrae so treatments are still available.
I hope to see you all there 🌊🐚

Chronic stress - so many are experiencing ongoing stress and overwhelm. It affects our mental and physical health in many ways.
It’s important to talk about how you’re feeling and it’s also important to nurture your physical health through good food, exercise and adequate rest.

We see clients every day who are experiencing high levels of stress, and we work together to bring them back into their body, creating a sense of calm and deep rest. Bodywork such as Bowen and massage are so beneficial to rebalance the mind and body and easy the muscular aches that stress brings.
