We are thrilled to welcome you to Nurse Hands Support Services Australia at our brand-new location: 35 Lygon Street, Brunswick East! Our space is designed to be welcoming, comfortable, and supportive for all our participants and their families.
At Nurse Hands, we are a registered NDIS provider offering personalised supports to help participants live more independently and achieve their goals. Our services include:
Core Supports
• Assistance with personal care, daily living, and household tasks
• Support with shopping, errands, and meal preparation
• Assistance with travel, community access, and social participation
High Intensity Supports
• PEG feeding support and clinical care
• Medication administration and monitoring
• Complex personal care for participants with high support needs
Behavioural Supports
• Implementing positive behaviour strategies with guidance from allied health professionals
• Supporting social and emotional development for participants
