Some days hit harder than others.
Rosie was this close to calling the whole day a write-off—no steps, barely any water, mentally cooked.
But she still walked into BFT Fairfield and gave herself
one hour to reset. And that one hour changed everything.

This is what the final week of the challenge is really about: showing up especially when the day
tries to take you out.

Week 7. Day 45. The home stretch of the 8-Week Challenge — and Rosie is STILL showing up.
After a huge Base Mode session at BFT Fairfield, she’s feeling strong, motivated, and grateful
for the variety that keeps the training fresh.
These are the weeks where mental consistency
matters just as much as the physical work.

Week 6. Day 48. The point where the challenge gets REAL. As we hit the final stretch, Rosie
shares the one adjustment that changed everything — dropping from 6 sessions to 5 and using
that extra day for recovery.
Instead of pushing through fatigue and burning out, she hit the recovery space, jumped in the compression
legs, and came back stronger for Saturday’s session.
This is the part people don’t talk about:

Progress isn’t just training hard
🔥 It’s knowing when to REST
🔥 It’s learning your body and adjusting the plan
She fell short on her step goal this week — but that’s life.
A busy week doesn’t define your challenge.
What matters is the comeback… and she’s locked in for the final two weeks. 💙
