Little flashback to week three as we approach the halfway mark!

Week 3 ✅
Feeling a bit under the weather this week, but Rosie still
showed up — not to chase PBs, but to keep the habit strong.
It’s easy to train when you’re motivated. The real growth happens when you show up on the days you don’t want to. Cardio Summit wasn’t about smashing records — it was about keeping momentum, ticking the legs over, and proving consistency beats
perfection.

Meal prep’s done, mindset’s locked in, and Rosie’s rolling
into Week 2 with purpose.

What she’s most proud of? The motivation to start strong, staying consistent and clear on her “why.” **
Adjusting to new routines and discipline isn’t easy, but when your goal means something (hello wedding countdown), the energy hits different.
This isn’t about being perfect — it’s about being intentional.

Day 5. 
The fatigue hit midweek — new routine, calorie
deficit and a busy week! Instead of pushing through, Rosie did something most people don’t… she listened to her body. She took a day to rest, reset, and came back stronger for today’s upper body session — and that’s what real progress looks like.

This challenge isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency, balance,
and learning when to push vs. when to recover.

Body Fit Training is Australia’s newest and most advanced group training methodology
