I adore working with my private clients and helping them to shine and overcome whatever it may be that is stopping them or in their way.
Sometimes sessions can be tough going. Sometimes “stuff” comes up, stuff that challenges both of us, sometimes there’s resistance to all sorts of things ... sometimes there’s a LOT, sometimes we need to reassess and regroup. But... no matter how hard they may push and test, I’ll always always stand strong and be there for them unmoving, holding space and allowing. Because guess what happens next? BREAKTHROUGHS! Breakthroughs happen next and breakthrough sessions are by far the best there are! Well today - we had several, and I couldn’t be happier or prouder of this gorgeous, funny and intelligent girl who has come so very far .

The affects of yoga used as a therapy is nothing short of profound for kids with additional needs, stress, anxiety, depression or anything they’re struggling with or going through. I feel so blessed to be supporting these kids and in making a difference 🙏🏼

I explode with joy when I get feedback like this. Creating happy, healthy, confident kids naturally. This outcome was achieve within 3 weeks. She had tried medication previously, which resulted in an adverse reaction and an ambulance ride to emergency. After a few diet modifications and 6 yoga correctives each morning - BAM! Healed from the inside out. ❤️
