What a great way to start the new year!
Join Julie and Kelly for a beautifully loving and healing 2 hour session embracing love and forgiveness, infusing the heart with deep compassion and gratitude. This sacred space will be held at 91 Ferguson Street in Williamstown.

You will be lead through deep purposeful meditations, with the support of a group essential oil, reflections, nervous system regulation techniques and a love, grace and gratitude movement practice. You will also experience a water release exercise and a time for journaling.
