Be impeccable in all of your actions. No matter what others believe, the creator always knows the truth. Be willing to live life from your heart rather than your mind. Honour your truth. Speak up for yourself.
The greatest native warriors weren’t the ones who wounded the most people; they were those remarkable beings who had such personal power that enemies lay down their weapons rather than fight. There are times in life to step back and even walk away , but there are also times to stand up for yourself and those less advantaged. Courage doesn’t mean that you aren’t afraid. Fearless means just that: fear less. Acknowledge that you’re frightened, and take action anyway! Face your anxiety and go beyond the boundaries of limited perceptions of yourself.

Stepping outside, breathing in the fresh air, and letting each step gently clear away old patterns that no longer serve me. There’s something grounding about walking with intention—feeling the earth beneath my feet, the breeze against my skin, and the quiet reminder that change can be soft and natural.

Today I choose to release, to reset, and to reconnect.

What a beautiful day to start with Rites of Passage 😍🦅🌈♾️
Shamanic Munay-Ki rites are a series of rites based on the initiatory practices of the
Q’ero Shamans of Peru. “Munay” in Quechua means ‘love and will’ together with “Ki”
from the Chinese work for energy combine to give the meaning: ‘Energy of love.’
They promote wisdom, power and stewardship for all creation.
A series of three workshops, covering all 9 rites in total, 3 rites per session.
