True Customer Feedback on our 16 Kilo Scooter:

While travelling on airlines:

1) Pre fill all the documents re battery certificate and check-in is easy on the day (if they ask on the day, give them all the paper work)

2) Airline staff was surprised and thrilled to see the lightweight scooter because it was easy to handle, light to pick & transfer, store.

3) Customer’s daughter in law- Mum was doing all the folding, unfolding, transfer of scooter independently

4) Did 4 interstate trips in it. Easily went in the shops, otherwise if shop is too cluttered.

5) Went easily in the aisle

Feedback for cruise:

1) Easy to fold & store
2) Cruise staff was surprised to see lightweight scooter & I able to use in cruise corridors
3) Doesn’t have to wait for daughter in law to take me to activities in cruise.
4) Cruise staff would fight to park my scooter

Lot of people has taken photos of it and asked questions.
