This video shows the day we picked up the keys to our first home — the locals know it as the Old Dairy! 🗝️

The agent handed us a sandwich bag with 20+ random keys, wished us “good luck”… and off we went. We’d moved house and business in the same week, so we were already exhausted — and it still took us half an hour just to get inside. 😅

Once we finally made it through the door, the real journey began:

• Pic 2: Standing at the entrance, seeing all the potential (and all the work ahead).
• Pic 3: Demolition starts — down came the dividing wall and the second floor.
• Pic 4: We thought the floor was solid… it was completely rotten. 🫠
• Pic 5: New floors, new feeling of being grounded.
• Pic 6: Patchwork, bracing, and many hours later.
• Pic 7: Watching the shape of the space finally emerge.
• Pic 8: Final finessing inside.
• Pic 9: A fresh coat of paint outside and a deep breath — she’s looking brand new.
• Pic 10: And now… we’re OPEN! 🤗

What once was an old milk bar is now home to Wilde Aroma — our little scent haven in Reservoir. 🌿
Every candle and diffuser you see in-store is handmade on-site by us.

Our most-asked-for Christmas range is officially out now 🎄✨⁠

This scent feels like an Australian Christmas morning, bright, green and sun-kissed, with that quietly magical “the day has just begun” energy. ⁠

The fir needle and leafy greens give you that first fresh breath, then clove leaf and jasmine add a gentle festive warmth — soft, familiar, a little nostalgic. And as it settles, the eucalyptus and patchouli bring a grounding, woody stillness… the kind that makes your shoulders drop and you feel a little calmer. ⁠

The overall scent is uplifting, nostalgic and deeply soothing all at once ~ the feeling of celebrating and breathing in the season.

Last week we celebrated our grand opening with our lovely customers, friends and local community, what a beautiful night it was. Thank you to everyone who came along to warm the space with us.⁠

✨ What a weekend ✨🌿

Sydney, you were full of heart. From meeting so many beautiful faces at (including the sweetest little lip balm testers💚), to seeing our stand captured so beautifully by our friend behind the lens ~ it was such a joy to share Wilde Aroma with you.

After three big days standing on concrete floors, I celebrated my birthday the best way I know how: resetting my nervous system at , enjoying a slow lunch with Hugh at , and soaking up some soul-nourishing time in the Blue Mountains. While there, I was lucky to catch up with my dear friend Daisy from ~ such an inspiring and beautiful soul. 🌊🍣⛰️

I'm now home feeling grateful ~ for the connections made, the laughter shared, and the still moments in between. Thank you Sydney for welcoming us with your warmth and sunny weather, and a special thank-you to our wonderful customers and stockists who continue to support our brand. Until next time ✨
