The experienced team of Osteopaths at Chadstone Region Osteopathy can help to reduce pain, improve flexibility and mobility, increase strength and coordination, promote more efficient movement patterns, and keep your body capable of doing what you need it to do. Our Osteopaths are experienced in assisting a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, acute or chronic, including those with circulatory, arthritic or neurological components. Osteos utilise manual therapy techniques (such as massage, stretching, mobilisation etc) as well as provide exercise rehabilitation and education on how to prevent recurrence. We pride ourselves on helping you to understand your condition, prognosis and ways that you can assist with your recovery. As such, we will always undertake a thorough medical history, plus perform the necessary clinical tests to ensure an accurate diagnosis. We have some exciting news that our superstar Caitlin will be opening a partnering Osteopathy business to CRO, called Mount + Valley Osteo in Mount Evelyn!

Not to worry, she will still be at CRO on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. As well as being at M+V osteo Tuesdays and Fridays to begin with.

This is a very exciting update, as now we can help our further east patients and save them some travel time.

Bookings will be made available in the New Year. We will keep you posted and communicate what's the best channel for updates at Mount & Valley Osteo.

There’s no need to suffer just because it’s the busy holiday period 🎄

We do our best to keep at least one clinic open throughout this time, with the only exceptions being Christmas Day and New Year’s Day ❄️

Due to the amazing efforts from everyone last year, we have decided to hold another Food drive.
From the 25th of Nov to the 25th of Dec, our clinic is supporting Foodbank Victoria by collecting non-perishable food items for those in need.

You can help by dropping off items such as:
🥫 Canned goods (soups, veggies, beans, tuna, etc.)
🍝 Pasta, rice & grains
🧃 Long-life milk & juice
🍪 Pantry staples (tea, coffee, spreads, cereals)
