What’s the best thing about your job?
Helping people.
Some mornings as I’m scraping myself to work I remember something Brett Anderson said at a PAA conference. It was something like ‘Today I have an opportunity to help x amount of people move and feel better within themselves’. It’s such a wonderful way to just be in the moment. Everything else can wait.

These beauties wandered in the yard today, causing a bit of ruckus amongst the traders as we all worried to keep them safe and hydrated in this heat. They were eventually captured and collected and released 😃💚

After 321days of lockdown since March 2020 it's time to get off the couch and return to the studio! Thank you to all the clients that trained online with us, you kept us focused and sane. We can't wait to return to the studio Wednesday 3rd November. Stay safe so we can remain open. ❤️
