I am so excited to have been invited to offer mindful movement and Yoga breaks at the Lead the Way Conference 2025, which will take place on 11–12 August at Rydges Hotel, Melbourne.

This conference brings together professionals from education, community services, and government to collaborate on strengthening wellbeing and safety.

For both professional and personal reasons, this is an area I feel passionate about. Our broader systems are failing so many young people.

I am really looking forward to being able to support some of those on the front line who are striving to make things better. I also feel so grateful to be able to step in to listen and learn from inspiring leaders in this space.

It’s a topic close to my heart. And perhaps one small way to make a difference.
