Daily private office availability update!

We have two fully fitout private office / consulting rooms currently available by the day on a permanent part-time or a casual basis. Designed for professional services including psychologists, therapists, counsellors, social workers, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians or anyone else who wants a private workspace.

Our offices are newly fit out with private external doors, privacy blinds, full acoustic treatment, individual heating/cooling control and dimmable lights.

Small Office
Currently available Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays
$99 / day on a permanent part time basis or $132 / day casually.

Medium Office
Currently available Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
$121 / day on a permanent part time basis or $154 / day casually.

Rates are inclusive of all costs including utilities, internet, building costs, meeting room hire, photocopying and tea / coffee. No lock in contract required for permanent part time with just four week’s notice required to cancel.

We are pleased to announce that from mid-May we are going to have a second larger private office available for hire by the day on a permanent part time or casual basis – fitout currently underway!

Fully furnished and ideal for professional services, allied health professionals (including psychologists, counsellors and social workers) or small business owners who need a quiet, professional space, without leaving the Dandenong Ranges.

The space features:
• A quiet location close to reception,
• A private external door and window,
• Ducted heating and cooling with individual temperature control,
• Dimmable lights,
• Acoustic treatments for privacy between rooms,
• Shared reception, kitchen, meeting room and photocopying facilities with the rest of the co-working community.

$121 inc GST / Day on a permanent part time basis or $154 inc GST / Day on a casual basis, inclusive of all costs and no long-term commitment or bond required.
