Sleep right tonight

Sleep right tonight Certified Baby and toddler Sleep Consultant, Midwife and Mother I'm excited about helping your family begin their journey to a full night's sleep!

As a mother of three young children, I remember all too well that overwhelming feeling of a baby that doesn't sleep well. At some time we've all had that dreaded feeling of 'how am I going to do this, and when will I sleep again?"
I have a Bachelor of Nursing, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Midwifery. For over 18 years I have worked as a midwife in both public and private Hospitals. After the Sleep Sense Program changed my family's life, I made it my ambition to help other families achieve that feeling of a great night's sleep. With so much growth and learning in the first years of life and the new challenges that each day presents, a personalised routine and sleep plan can make life so much more manageable. I customise different packages to suit the needs of your family, and offer invaluable follow-up support to keep you on track. Get in touch to start your journey to healthy sleep today.

Birthday week is done for us Girls.
Thank you to each of you who took the time to wish Emily and I a happy birthday. We both had great birthdays and were showered with love. I’m fortunate to celebrate another year and grateful for all I have. #10 #46

A lot of parents think that sleep training means you absolutely have to wean off night feeds.
This is NOT the case.
Overnight feeds are completely normal, for young babies especially, and actually have a lot of benefits.
My sleep support programs take into account your little one’s needs for their age, your family’s circumstances and your sleep goals.
This means I only advise you to drop a feed IF:
Overnight feeding doesn’t align with the result you are looking to achieve from sleep training The feeds are disrupting quality sleep, or becoming more of a problem than a benefit
Your little one is snacking rather than having a
proper, full feed
You AND your little one feel ready to
If you’re not comfortable dropping a feed, then we can discuss alternatives: we do what feels right for you!
At the end of the day, my sleep support programs aim to offer guidance and advice that will help you meet your sleep goals.

Hands up if this feels like you?
You’re just so tired that you don’t even know where to begin and it’s all too hard to make some changes to improve sleep....
Sleep training can feel daunting, especially when you’re already running on fumes. I know it’s tough to summon the energy to make a change when all you want to do is get through the day (and night).
Maybe you’ve got work in the morning, a big project looming, or a full day of parenting ahead of you. The thought of potentially losing even more sleep might feel overwhelming.
But here’s the thing: those sleepless nights you’re dreading? They’re just a few steps on the path to better rest for both you and your child. Imagine this-waking up after a full night’s sleep, refreshed and ready to tackle the day. Your child is waking up happy and well-rested, too. No more nightly wake-ups, no more groggy mornings.
Sleep training is an investment in your family’s well-being. Yes, it might mean a few challenging days (and nights) ahead, but the reward is worth every bit of effort.
You’ll soon reach a point where sleep isn’t a struggle anymore-it’s a comfort and a routine that everyone looks forward to. Hang in there, because the light at the end of the tunnel is the peaceful, restful nights that are just around the corner, and I can help you achieve these goals.
I have years of experience - I have been in your situation. Book a package today and let me help guide you on the path to better sleep for your family.
