This half-decent photo of our holiday hours was the result of a heroic collaboration between three humans and two deeply uncooperative elves. After much negotiating (and swearing), we got there in the end. 🎄🐶🎄🐶

(Yes, the sign did eventually crash to the ground.)

Simhamada Christmas brunch ✨
From yoga mats to mountains of food, all enjoyed under the watchful gaze of our ever-growing forest of Christmas trees. And yes, that video was filmed very early on, before this table was absolutely demolished (even ‘s legendary boiled eggs didn’t stand a chance).
So much good food, laughter, elbow-to-elbow plating techniques, and the best company to wrap up the year.

Throwback to this very serious Christmas elf (spoiler: it’s Ivan in witness protection 🕵️‍♂️🎄) to remind everyone that the Simhamada Christmas Party is happening this Sunday, 7 December from 10am–1pm, in the room upstairs at Russia House.

Please bring a vegetarian or vegan dish to share, and BYO coffee—you will have a 20-minute post–led class grace period to sprint to Falco or Hi Fi while our elves set up upstairs. (Russia House does not come with bearded baristas or Italian espresso machines. We checked.)

And while you’re here: in case you missed the email, the studio will be closed from Thursday 25 December to Sunday 4 January 2025. Email and social media will also be on holiday, so speak now or forever hold your peas. 🫛🫛🫛

Can’t wait to see you on Sunday! ✨

It’s somehow already the end of the month, which means Mysore replaces led this Friday 31 Oct and Saturday 2 Nov. Bring your Halloween spirit: costumes optional, drishti required. 👀🕸️

For the public holiday on Tuesday 4 Nov, Mysore morning is on (7 – 9 am) but evening class takes a well-deserved savasana.
