🌿 Over the years of guiding meditation, I’ve heard many heartfelt reflections from students about what holds them back from a regular practice—feeling too busy, having a restless mind, or believing they’re simply “not good” at it.

In quiet contemplation, I began to see how common myths around meditation—like needing to sit still for long periods, reaching blissful states, or escaping life’s challenges—can make the practice feel out of reach.

So I created a 40-day meditation journey to gently dissolve those myths and offer a more grounded, accessible way in. This course is built on bite-sized techniques, clear guidance on what to do during meditation, and weekly group check-ins where we share the real, raw, and very normal experiences that arise.

It’s not about perfection—it’s about building a practice that feels doable, nourishing, and real.

I’m deeply proud of this offering and the beautiful transformations I’ve witnessed in those who’ve walked this path with me.

“This practice changed how I show up for the people I love.” 💕

Meditation didn’t just calm my mind—it cracked something open. It helped me discover a more creative, playful side I didn’t know I’d tucked away. Over time, it rewired my mindset from reactive to receptive, from scattered to spacious. I’ve become more positive, more present, and more attuned to what really matters. It’s deepened my sense of purpose—not just in my work, but in how I connect, listen, and love.
