Hi everyone 👋
✨A few of my posts went mega viral on Facebook over the past few weeks and there are a lot of new faces here so I thought I’d introduce myself.
✨My name is Chloe Stubberfield, I am a Doctor of Chinese Medicine (acupuncture and herbs) and also a late diagnosed AuDHDer (Autism, ADHD) and dog mum (thats Herbie ❤️).
✨As you can tell, I love creating memes but also sharing valuable information on how to support people and their health.
✨I started my business The Which Doctor 7 years ago to help support people with Chinese Medicine. I called myself the Which Doctor because it’s a play on words around using “which type of medicine”.
✨I love combining western diagnostics into my Chinese Medicine treatments and helping support people anyway I can. I practice in Melbourne and Cohuna (Victoria).
✨This amalgamation of western and eastern medicine is how I learnt that I was neurodivergent and how I learnt how to best support my unique brain.
✨Since my diagnosis 3 years ago, I’ve done a deep dive (hyperfocus) into autism and ADHD as well as how Chinese Medicine can help (classic) and I’ve been sharing everything I’ve learn on Instagram.
✨I have been working a LOT with neurodivergent patients and found that I am answering the same questions over and over again so I wrote a little eBook with EVERYTHING I have learnt through my journey.
✨10 Steps to Thriving After Your Late Autism/ADHD Diagnosis is everything I wish I knew before I underwent the process 3 years ago.
✨It’s a combo of self reflection activities, tips, information and resources to help people who are late diagnosed or looking to go down that path.
✨I’ve also got a webinar series on Chinese Medicine and Autism/ADHD that you can bundle with it if you want to learn more.
✨If that’s not your speed, please stick around for more memes, information and resources for you all and I’m working on a way to build a communit for you all ❤️
✨Thank you for being here, all your kind comments and I LOVE the way you are all connecting x
Chloe ❤️

🤦🏻‍♀️Ohhhhhhhhhhhh that’s why……did anyone else feel a massive sense of clarity after their later in life autism/ADHD diagnosis?
🤦🏻‍♀️It’s like LITERALLY EVERYTHING made sense and the more I read and learnt, the more sense everything made.
🤦🏻‍♀️I spent the last 3 years hyper-focusing on autism and ADHD through the scope of western and Chinese Medicine.
🤦🏻‍♀️As a Chinese Medicine Practitioner with 12 years experience I have used both types of medicine to explain, understand and support myself and my patients after my own diagnosis 3 years ago in my 30’s.
🤦🏻‍♀️I’ve put everything I have learnt into my ebook, “10 Steps to Thriving After a Late Autism/ADHD Diagnosis” which is on sale now for just $19.
🤦🏻‍♀️If you want to learn some nervous system support, gentle self advocacy, acupressure points, language tips and conversation scripts following your late autism and/or ADHD diagnosis comment THRIVE and I’ll send you the link.
🤦🏻‍♀️It’s time you made EVERYTHING make sense ❤️

🌈 I have so many people who have asked me why I would even bother getting a late autism and ADHD diagnosis in my 30’s because “what’s even the point?” And “it won’t change anything.”
🌈 I get it, it can be really difficult after a lifetime of disappointment, confusion and pain to think that getting a diagnosis as an adult will change anything but for me it certainly did.
🌈 The anger, grief and joy I felt after my diagnosis was an emotional rollercoaster and I didn’t really have an instruction manual on how to navigate that so it was a wild few years.
🌈 The biggest reason it was worth it to me to be diagnosed was that I’ve been far kinder and more accomodating to myself which has been life changing and so healing.
🌈 If you have recently (or not so recently) gone through a late in life autism and/or ADHD diagnosis and are struggling with what to do now, I’ve created a resources just for you.
🌈 My 30 page workbook/ instruction manual/ self care guide is full of nervous system regulation tips, free resources, Chinese Medicine health hacks and gentle self advocacy tools for anyone who doesn’t know what to do next.
🌈My eBook, “10 Steps to Thriving After Your Late Stage Autism/ADHD Diagnosis” is on sale for just $19 and will give you all the information you crave and the love and support you deserve from someone who has been through it all.
🌈Comment THRIVE to get the link and grab your copy ❤️

✅ Nailed the impromptu conversation 🤣
✅ One of the things I found really tricky when I went through my late autism/ADHD diagnosis was that I didn’t have the information/ scripts prepared for my disclosure to friends and family which made it soooo scary!
✅ There were so many things I wish I knew before my late autism/ADHD diagnosis that would have made the whole process a lot less overwhelming.
✅ The emotions I’d feel following, what services I could access, what physical symptoms might be connected and how to share my diagnosis with my support system.
✅ I just ended up doing the scariest thing I could think of and stated posting online (not for the faint hearted) and I’m so glad I did because I’ve built the best community on my socials and I’m so grateful ❤️
✅ I KNOW how hard the process is without an instruction manual, so I made one!
✅I’ve correlated everything I’ve learnt from my clinical experience as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner and my own diagnosis journey into my new eBook “10 Steps to Thriving After Your Late Autism/ADHD Diagnosis” AND my webinar series on Autism/ADHD and Chinese Medicine which are on sale!
✅If you are looking into a late in life autism/ADHD diagnosis or to really understand your body and brain from a Chinese Medicine and western perspective comment BUNDLE and I’ll send you the resources I wish I had 3 years ago ❤️

💫 The battle continues……

🎭The unmasking process is so brutal! Did anyone else miss who they were before their diagnosis? This is a common occurrence that many late diagnosed people aren’t aware of and certainly something I wasn’t expecting.
🎭I’m definitely not saying that it wasn’t worth it but it’s SUCH a wild ride trying to readjust your expectations, verbalise your struggles to your support system, advocate for your needs and find a way to move forward with your life, unmasked.
🎭 When I went through the process 3 years ago, I don’t have a manual of what to expect and how to best support myself and it was a rollercoaster ride!
🎭Since then I’ve had thousands of conversations with late diagnosed folk who are struggling and don’t know what to do next and it breaks my heart 💔
🎭 So after having the same conversations hundred of time online, I hyper focused on autism/ADHD over the last 3 years and correlated everything I’ve learnt from my clinical experience as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner and my own diagnosis journey into my new eBook “10 Steps to Thriving After Your Late Autism/ADHD Diagnosis” PLUS my webinar series on Autism/ADHD and Chinese Medicine which are ON SALE NOW 💫
🎭If you are looking into a late in life autism/ADHD diagnosis or want to learn about some of the really common physical, mental and social struggles that neurodivergent people can suffer from, comment BUNDLE and I’ll send you my resources full of self care activities, conversation scripts and all the information I think could help.❤️

⭐️One of the very common symptoms I’ve found in many of my neurodivergent patients is “unexplained” generalised pain.
⭐️I’ve since learnt all about the common link to hypermobility and connective tissue disorders for neurodivergent people!
⭐️When I was going through my own late autism/ADHD diagnosis, I had been to many doctors trying to explain my symptoms and how it affected me but really struggled to be heard and understood.
⭐️Since then I’ve correlated everything I’ve learnt from my clinical experience as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner and my own diagnosis journey into my new eBook “10 Steps to Thriving After Your Late Autism/ADHD Diagnosis” PLUS my webinar series on Autism/ADHD and Chinese Medicine which is on SALE now for just $79!
⭐️If you are looking into a late in life autism/ADHD diagnosis or want to learn about some of the really common physical struggles that neurodivergent people can suffer from, comment BUNDLE and I’ll send you the link to buy my combination of resources that I poured my heart into ❤️
