🌴 A reminder that I am away in The Philippines but will return on the 18th, in the morning.

🌀Three awesome Thursday night clients working hard a few weeks ago: Glute, arm & wrist strengthening exercises in the Studio. 👏 These women are so diligent & fabulous to teach. 👌🏻

🥳 ⭐️🎈I know he doesn’t like to make a big deal but I‘m just wanting to acknowledge the awesome GREG for his Birthday, which was yesterday!! We wish him only the very best always & we all love having his male energy & expertise in the Studio, especially when he pumps up the BOSU ball! It’s always an appreciated surprise:)

🐪 Happy Hump Day, well evening now, on-Core enthusiasts! Wish I could still do what my eldest 9 year old daughter can effortlessly manage! Weekend fun with my girls & apart from demonstrating the last one for her, this kid can flip around & do tough stuff on the trap table! Evie is my little social media 🌟 this week! 🙂👏🫶

🥳🎈💛 It may be the fabulous Erin’s special day today but I realised I never put KB’s B’day up here, which was back in April! I didn’t forget thank goodness, just didn’t announce it on social media…..so….a VERY Happy 365 days ahead of being one year older to two really awesome ladies: They are both beautiful people with kind hearts & legends I adore having work here at on-Core. Diligent, always wanting to learn more & just really good at what they do. I know the clients who have them will agree! Wishing you two only the very best & more, always. xoxo

👶 🚼 This should read, “Parents & Bubs” as Dads are more than welcome to come along too! 🧸 🍼
Tomorrow -Tuesday at 2pm-this class will be running. This week only as I am away on Thursday. Please let me know if you’d like to join. One of my fave classes during the week & it’s not just because of all the adorable babies, I promise! 😉🫢🥰
