I haven't posted on this page for a while!
Today I look like this...
Anxious and happy at the same time!
It's the longest time I've taken off teaching group fitness ever in 30 years...
3 months is a long time between performances.
Happy to say the butterflies settled and my team and I kicked some serious butt tonight.
Tomorrow night I am on stage at 6pm for SCULPT and 7pm for SPIN! Both classes are completely sold out!
Do you have any idea how good that feels?!
To be able to still sell out classes at 46 years old, 30 years later??!! Phewww...
So this post is for two reasons,
#1 when you feel like you've lost everything in 1 second there is always hope if you have faith.
Never give up on your dreams.
#2 never forget the people who have stood behind, in front or beside you in all your walks in life. They helped build you! So I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my soul!
For making me ME! ❤🙏🙂
