Neoteric represents a concept by Cale Halasa and Christopher Schiavello where events will be held at iconic Melbourne places, with our famous hospitality and of course, good company. Neoteric was a thought that was considered when they took up senior management roles within business, and identified a clear disengagement from the next generation of those within the property and construction industry. As well as an even clearer disparity to acknowledge the diversities that are becoming more prevalent within our industry. The motivation behind Neoteric, asides from this, was two common goals which were deduced from their personal and professional motivation. To bring together a group of influencers and leaders either current or prospective, who are driven and motivated to make change across any industry, not just construction and property. As well as creating a forum for idea sharing and creating professional relationships of a diverse demographic. The reality that we are all dedicated professionals, educated in our own right with our own drivers, striving to achieve a better outcome, not just for ourselves, but the teams, projects, businesses and industries we are in.
