Your therapist Julie will analyse your posture through physical and visual assessment and will do a mixture of deep tissue massage, cupping, dry needling, trigger points and stretching to achieve balance in your body. Sound doesn’t just enter your ears—it moves through you. Every cell, every organ, every system in your body resonates to vibration.

When we experience illness, stress, or imbalance, it often reflects a deeper disharmony in the body’s energetic and physical systems. Sound healing works to retune those frequencies—bringing the body back into a state of coherence, calm, and natural rhythm.

Whether through Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, or the power of the voice, sound has the ability to shift us on every level—physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.

This is why I do what I do. Because healing doesn’t have to be forceful—it can be vibrational. It can be beautiful.
