If your practice has registered for the Bulk Billing Practice Incentive Program (BPPIP) and meets program requirements, your first BBPIP payment will be made in January 2026.

To ensure smooth payment:
✔ Check your registration start date.
✔ Add bank account details for your practice and providers.
✔ Keep accreditation details up to date.
✔ Link all providers and use separate provider numbers for each site.

Practice Managers – register now for the Bulk Billing Practice Incentive Program (BBPIP) so you can start receiving your quarterly incentive payments.
To participate in BBPIP, practices must:
✅ Bulk bill all BBPIP Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) eligible services for all Medicare-eligible patients.
✅ Be MyMedicare registered.
✅ Register as a bulk billing practice in Healthdirect Australia’s National Health Services Directory.
✅ Display Medicare Bulk Billing Practice signage on-site.
To calculate your payments and register in BBPIP, visit health.gov.au/BBPIP
