1. On this day focus on immoveable objects. This could be a building, a table or also a tree. Choose something that appeals to you. Then look for the individual essence of the chosen object, its meaning. The purpose for you is that you need to understand what this object means for you.

For me it looks like a cylinder pipe. One day when I looked into my consciousness to see the spiritual depiction of money flowing, I noticed that there was just a trickle. I knew there must be a blocked either from my thinking or external forces.
I took a silvery white sphere with E=VS written inside the sphere and gave it the objective "to remove & erase any blocks in my money flow channel." I looked again spiritually and it was flowing.
The was no doubt that the money would flow into our account and I made sure that I gave money the opportunity to move faster by not limiting all options for it to arrive.

Concentrate on the warmth, which is brought to you by the rays of the sun. You feel their touch and sense their warmth. You feel a gentle wind that surrounds and touches you. You feel its breeze. It could also be a strong wind or an absolute calmness. And if itโs also very hot and there is much humidity, then you can feel warm, air and water on your cheeks.
The refreshing effects of water can also be felt when you wash yourself, take a shower or go swimming. This focus can also be carried out during the colder part of the year, always with an uncovered face. And in the warmer season, especially in summer at the beach, your whole body can enjoy the contact with the sun, air and water. To this comes also the contact with the earth.

If you concentrate in this matter and at the same time hold your desired result in your consciousness, you will cause it to occur. At the same time you perfect yourself in the art of manifestation.

SOUL CODE ๐ Mindful Knowing
Heaven knows our self-love. As we awaken, we begin to light up our inner universes and radiate love and light.
This understanding is well known to creation. I see all becoming renewed and refreshed in this moment, I am aware of the joy that brings my inner world into a heavenly state of love, creating eternal life within as cells continue to become golden and the inner world continues to light up and become eternal in this moment.

1. On the 13th day focus on some single element of reality. Letโs say you see some object. This could be a truck, for example, or a palm tree or a stone. What kind of object it is does not matter. The main thing is that from the chosen object you consciously seperate some particular fragments or parts. You can think of a truck as composed of many seperate parts.
Your task here is to make out existing connections between the individual parts. If you find these existing connections and at the same time hold in your consciousness your desired results (e.g., the healing of some person or attaining clairvoyance), then you cause this result to occur.
In this manner you can perfect your ability to influence reality. Be reminded that you can practice this method on any form except with the human being. With people you are not allowed to work like this. The human being must always be perceived as a whole. This is a law!
