In her consultations, Jessica integrates her knowledge in Jungian Psychoanalysis, Spiritual Counselling, Human Design, Evolutionary Astrology and Soul Realignment.
She is a licensed Creatrix® Transformologist® and also certified in the modalities of Nutrition, Reiki (Master), Iridology and Bach Flower Remedies through the Nature Care College in Sydney and holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage and incorporates other Flower Essences and Tissue Salts in her prescriptions.
To her practice, Jessica brings a passion for Mother Earth, sustaining her beauty and natural resources which is a reflection of how we nourish ourselves.
She has learned the importance of keeping her body, mind, spirit and emotions in balance through the daily practice of kundalini yoga and meditation and uses her own experience in these areas to assist her clients and encourages them to make healthy lifestyle choices by showing how to integrate them into their lives.
