We’re hosting a group workout open to all fitness levels, and we’d love to see you there! To participate, we ask for a small donation, with 100% of proceeds going to the Good Friday Appeal ❤️

2025 was the Year of the Snake 🐍
And honestly… that tracks.

It felt like a year of shedding — old habits, old limits, old stories we’d been carrying for too long. Growth isn’t comfortable, and last year proved that. But sometimes you have to outgrow the skin before you can step into something stronger.

Now we’re in the Year of the Horse 🐎
And this energy feels different.

The horse doesn’t hide. It moves. It builds momentum. It runs with purpose.

This feels like a year for courage.
For forward motion.
For not settling for “it is what it is.”

Instead of accepting things as they are, what if we actually worked together to build what they could be?

Not running away from challenges — but leaning in.
Not adding to division — but choosing strength, connection and leadership.

There’s a lot of noise and chaos right now. But underneath it, I genuinely feel something shifting.

Maybe it’s optimism.
Maybe it’s belief.
Maybe it’s just a decision to move forward anyway.

The programs and classes we run are not like the main stream 'gyms'. We provide better variety and flexibility to try and accommodate Al Fitness levels. We prefer to hold small Group or one-on-one sessions to ensure a high level of service is provided. Our Classes are also taken by Highly Experienced Personal Trainers, so we can make educated adjustment to accommodate different abilities in most classes.
