You finally get a diagnosis… and suddenly everything makes sense. But then comes the big question:
“What do I actually do with this information?”

That’s exactly why we created NeuroFoundations at ANSA Health 💙

This 5-part series helps you:
✨ Understand your diagnosis
✨ Build a positive sense of identity
✨ Learn how your brain works (executive functioning)
✨ Navigate supports like the NDIS
✨ Manage burnout and masking

Because you deserve more than just answers—you deserve support.

NeuroFoundations is a webinar series designed to support people navigating the period after autism or ADHD diagnosis. The series explores identity, supports, executive functioning, masking, and burnout through a neuro-affirming lens.

Teachers are supporting more complex student needs than ever, but many haven’t received practical training in how to respond in the classroom.

Our 6-Part Online Professional Development Series for primary and secondary teachers, created by psychologist Malaika Gilani, bridges the gap between what teachers see at school, what psychologists hear in sessions, and what families experience at home.

Modules include:
🧠 Mental health in the classroom
😟 Anxiety & Depression
⚡ ADHD
🌈 Autism
📚 Specific Learning Difficulties

✔ Practical, classroom-ready strategies
✔ Real-world examples
✔ Self-paced online learning

Perfect for individual teachers or whole-school PD.

Is your child anxious about going to school? Clingy at drop-off? Already saying “I don’t want to go”?

The transition to Prep can bring big emotions — for kids and parents. Separation anxiety, meltdowns, sleep disruptions, and worries about “not knowing anyone” are incredibly common… but that doesn’t mean you have to navigate them alone.
Our practical, evidence-informed one-off webinar will give you clear, supportive strategies to help your child start school with confidence.

In this session, you’ll learn:
✔️ What to expect in Term One
✔️ How to manage separation anxiety
✔️ Simple routines that build confidence and security
✔️ What’s typical — and when to seek extra support

If you want calmer mornings, smoother goodbyes, and a child who feels safe and capable stepping into school, this webinar is for you.

Short-term FREE mental health support: The recent bushfires and floods in Victoria have caused immense stress, loss, and uncertainty. If you or your family have been impacted, you don’t have to carry it alone.

We are offering a free drop in session in Lorne this Wednesday the 21st of January with our clinician Leon Martin, for anyone affected by the bushfires or floods. Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or on edge
Trouble sleeping or concentrating
Grief, loss, or emotional exhaustion
Supporting children or loved ones who are struggling

📍 Available to people affected by the Victorian bushfires or floods

Our Occupational Therapists use theraputty in sessions to help kids build:
🖐️ Hand strength
✏️ Fine motor skills for writing
🧠 Focus and regulation
👆 Finger isolation and coordination

It’s also a great activity to use at home. Rolling, squeezing, pinching and hiding small objects inside the putty can all support skill development while feeling like play.

Watch the video to see how our OTs use theraputty and simple ways you can try it with your child at home 💙
