We Help Support Your Transition to Independence and Employment! Our Resume & Cover Letter service ensures a tailored approach to job applications.

At Paramount Connect, we’re licensed to a registered NDIS provider helping school leavers make a smooth transition from school to employment. We offer a range of practical, hands-on services to build confidence, independence, and job-ready skills. Our Travel Training & Financial Skills program teaches how to navigate public transport and manage money wisely. We support Independent Living & Social

Confidence, helping young people build essential life skills. Our Employment Capability Workshops provide the tools needed to succeed in the workplace, and The Retreat offers a fun, outdoor space to learn through gardening and other activities. We also help with Career and Pathway Exploration, guiding individuals towards their career goals. With Work Experience & On-the-Job Training, we connect school leavers with local employers for real-world experience. Plus, our Online Counselling Services offer extra support along the way. At Paramount Connect, we’re here to support every step of the journey towards independence and meaningful employment!

A fantastic day at The Retreat supporting our participants through meaningful, hands-on activities.

The group took part in light gardening tasks including weeding, pruning branches and planting passionfruit, building practical skills, teamwork and confidence in a supportive outdoor environment.

Experiences like this promote independence, routine, community participation and real-world skill development aligned to NDIS goals.

We finished the day with a BBQ lunch and plenty of smiles all around.

☕️ Another fantastic work experience day at Rotary Tram Café!

Our participants had an amazing hands-on session, learning new skills in a real café environment. They built confidence through teamwork, practiced preparing coffees, learned how to use the register, helped with clean-up, and rotated through different work areas, including folding and preparation tasks.
