Dovida creates a Circle of Care that places individuals at the centre of a holistic support system, uniting families, our skilled caregivers, our support teams, and the wider healthcare community. We provide a range of services including everyday companionship, domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments, shopping and social outings. Care is available up to 24hrs a day and ranges from light housekeeping to dementia care and palliative care.

Manjula started her Caregiving journey with Dovida in June 2023. Since stepping into the role, she has been a warm, friendly and efficient Caregiver enabling her clients to feel encouraged and supported. She is engaging, reliable, kind, empathetic and responsive.

Join us in welcoming Sharn to the Melbourne Inner North office!

Sharn has been working in the health industry for the past five years. He started his journey as a Support Worker, moved into Support Coordination, and for the last two years has been working as a Care Manager.

Supporting clients one on one made Sharn realise how passionate he is about Care Management and helping people live safely, independently and with dignity. Sharn is a naturally happy person – you’ll usually find him smiling, having a chat and learning from other people’s experiences.

Outside of work, Sharn likes to stay active through fitness and martial arts, and is a big sports fan, especially soccer – he proudly supports Real Madrid ⚽️
