Congratulations to our Above and Beyond Caregiver! From January to March 2026, we celebrate and congratulate Essy.

Essy constantly receives fantastic feedback from her clients and their family members as she always goes the extra mile to make sure they are taken care of.

Essy has embraced her role as a Caregiver and has made a genuine and positive impact on her clients and the office staff. Essy is kind, caring and helpful always works with her clients' best interests and wellbeing at heart.

Congratulations to our Caregiver of the Quarter! From January to March 2026, we celebrate and congratulate Narelle.

Narelle started her Caregiving journey with Dovida in July 2024. Narelle came to us with a wealth of knowledge from her nursing career and has continually excelled in all areas of her Caregiver role.

In her day-to-day duties, Narelle is reliable, responsible and enthusiastically assists with whatever services she can (even on her days off!) Narelle provides comprehensive feedback and reports any concerns or changes in clients wellbeing to their coordinators for Care Managers to follow up.

Narelle is a hard worker whose honesty, reliability and compassion make her an asset to our organisation. She constantly and consistently demonstrates tremendous effort in providing quality service and care.

The Dovida Melbourne Inner North office is very lucky to you have you onboard Narelle, thanks for everything you do.

Meet Valmai - our January calendar star! 🌟​

At 86, Valmai has been bringing her community together for 70 years as a CWA member, hosting morning teas, packing care bags for domestic violence survivors, and baking up a storm.​

Despite gradually losing her central vision over 30 years, Valmai still cooks from memory and feel (with a little help from her Dovida carers Judy and Donna).​
