Hey everyone 👋 I am Ruby and Myotherapist based in Montmorency! I love helping people move pain free and get back to doing the things they love - whether that’s hitting the gym, running or general postural pain💪🏽🏃

I have a particular interest in

When I am not in the clinic treating I love going on walks with my Cavoodle (Maple), going to the gym as well as spending time with family and friends🧸🤍

The goal is building capacity through progressive overload

When you progressively load tissue, it will adapt
When you avoid it completely, it deconditions

Movement is not the enemy; Avoidance often is
