Mum lifted weights for the first time today 🥹

What we trained together today:
• Hip Abduction — 3 x 15
• Hip Adduction — 3 x 15
• Leg Extensions — 3 x 10
• Leg Press — 3 x 10
• Seated Leg Curl — 3 x 10
Slow, controlled movements with proper technique and mind–muscle connection.
Teaching Mum the right way from the start so she stays safe and gets the most out of every session.
