Shelley Mathews, Director of Choice Physio + Pilates has worked as a physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor locally for the past 20 years and is an active member of the local community. Shelley has 28 years of extensive experience and skills in treating acute back and neck pain, sciatica and sports injuries. Choice Physio + Pilates is excited to announce
Rigel Mascarenhas as a new addition to our Physiotherapy team. Sarah Logie continues to part of our team for Tuesday nights. Choice Clinical Pilates will:
- Rehabilitate injuries
- Restore optimal posture and movement patterns
- Maintain pelvic floor and abdominal strength during pregnancy
- Preparation and rehabilitation of joint replacement
- Build core strength

All Clinical Pilates treatment will be provided in our well equipped studio

Clinical Pilates Timetable:

Monday 5 , 6 & 7 pm
Tuesday 8, 9, 10, 11am & 12 noon, 4, 5, 6pm
Wednesday 8, 9, 10 & 11 am & 12 noon
Thursday 8, 9, 10 & 11am, 4pm
Saturday 7.30, 8.30, 9.30, 10.30 & 11.30

Classes $42, 4 people per session, fully supervised.
