Even at your lowest, you can still rise.

Many times, you make progress whilst walking through the shadows and darkness. You may get blinded by this as many believe that progress equates to there being more light in your life quickly.

Yes, there is light at the end of the tunnel, but it can be a long arse tunnel before you even see the light.

So when you're in the midst of dark times, remember that working towards shifting from that space may take time and is still movement forward.

Progress doesn't always feel great or feel lighter. Advancement and growth is putting in the effort, especially in the dark times.

Being aware of your progress and all the little steps it takes to reach major breakthroughs and outcomes is important.

Acknowledge your effort, give yourself a pat on the back and keep moving forward.
