Sometimes it is not that you do not know how you feel.
It is that you have had to keep going for so long that your body has carried it for you.
The words did not come out.
The tears stayed in.
The overwhelm got pushed down so you could keep showing up for everyone else.
And still, the body remembers.
It can show up as heaviness, tightness, exhaustion, restlessness, a racing chest, or that feeling of being disconnected from yourself without fully knowing why.
This is not your body failing you.
This is your body trying to protect you in the only ways it knows how.
So many women are used to pushing through, staying composed, and holding everything together for everyone else.
But just because you kept going does not mean your body did not feel it.
Sometimes what is needed is not to push through harder, but to be given a space where your body no longer has to hold it all alone.
A space to soften.
A space to breathe.
A space to feel safe enough to let go, in your own time and in your own way.
If this feels familiar, bodywork can be a gentle place to begin.
If you are craving a space to exhale, reconnect, and be deeply held, you are warmly welcome here 🤎
