We're hosting a Towelly pop up in studio this weekend.

Check out the great range of Towels, Socks and Totes after your class Saturday 15th and and Sunday 16th of November. Towelly will be in the studio from 8am - 11am both days.

Plus one lucky attendee will win a Towelly prize pack!

Mads will already be a familiar face to many, having been a popular instructor across the CorePlus network and now stepping into the role of studio manager at Knox. Mads and James have two beautiful kids, Alex and Eleanor. Besides being busy parents, James is a keen cyclist and works as an accountant while Mads somehow fits a PT into her busy schedule!
