We all do it…
just stare at our daughters sometimes and have all these thoughts.

Like… oh my God, you’re actually going to be a teenager one day 😅

And you can’t help but think about what you went through…

I know we can’t control their lives or how it all plays out…

but I keep coming back to the same thing — connection.

If we’ve got that,
they’ll come to us when things get hard.

And I guess that’s all we really want 💕

Hi everyone,

I’ve been a bit MIA…

My two-year-old broke his femur and was in a spica cast for six weeks (which was a lot),
we’ve been overseas on a family trip,
and honestly this year is already flying.

But Red Sisters is always on my mind and is something I’ve always cared about.

I love the idea of really empowering our girls — teaching them about their bodies,
helping them feel more confident, more comfortable in themselves…
and also creating that connection between mums and daughters.

It’s something I really want for me and my daughter,
and I want to create that for other mums too.

So here I am.

A bit of my real life lately 💛 I love but to be honest I’m not the best at showing too much of myself online. Reason one being I’m just so bloody busy and the second reason is I do like to keep things a bit private but I also want to share more about myself so you can get to know me.

If your girl doesn’t love talking about puberty and periods too much, small little chats can help.

It lets them know you’re thinking about her and that it is something special/ a big change that she’s going through.

It might open the conversation up to more … or not, but at least she knows you care 💕

Our cycles flow just like the seasons do:
🌑 Winter – rest & renewal
🌱 Spring – energy rising
☀️ Summer – shining bright
🍂 Autumn – slowing down

When girls understand this, it gives them something powerful: self-compassion.
They learn that low energy, big emotions or needing rest isn’t a flaw — it’s part of their natural cycle. 💕

Instead of thinking “what’s wrong with me?” they can think “this is my Winter, I need a break.”

That shift changes everything.

We explore these inner seasons together in our First Moon Circles — a supportive space for girls to learn and grow with confidence. ✨
