We gave our kids devices…many of us haven gotten lost in them…we can’t handle our own excessive phone use so how can we expect our kids to model good screen behaviour.

We don’t know the half of the damage they’re doing.

We (the adults) remember the time before WiFi and smartphones…so we can lead our families out of tech chaos into a new calm.

It’s about achieving balance and harmony WITH tech.

Dare you. Double dare you with love. Add up your average screen time by the week, month, year, and then guestimated remaining lifespan.

Don’t get all up in your head judging. It’s about observing and getting real.

When we see what’s really going on, we can do something about it…if we want to.

When you find yourself reaching for phone…or saying ‘just a minute’ to those wanting your attention…

Pause before you act or answer.

Check in with yourself to see if the thing online really deserves pulling away you from the present moment.

Can it wait?
What's more important?
Probably the answer is - the people in front of you.
