Hey CrossFit & Functional Fitness Athletes.

Do you experience ongoing knee pain which is stopping you from training and hitting personals bests?

I have put together a free workshop designed to help functional fitness athletes like yourself improve knee pain.

In the workshop you will learn
- How to figure out which type of knee pain you have
- Which positions, postures, movements to avoid/ modify depending on the type of knee pain you have
- Go through a functional range of motion assessment to see which muscles and joints are restricted
- Learn top mobility drills to have an immediate effect on knee pain

You can't seem to find anyone who understands your needs as a recreational athlete who loves to exercise and train.

Anyone you have tried to see for help has just told you to squat less to avoid the pain.

But that's not what you want to hear. You just want the answers on how to solve your pain so you can get back to what you love.

I know because I was a CrossFitter who had knee pain for over 2 years. Now as a Physiotherapist who runs his own CrossFit affiliate, I am helping people through an online rehabilitation program to resolve their knee pain.

FREE 12 week online physiotherapy program for knee pain - PARTICIPANTS NEEDED!

Hi everyone, I am planning an online physiotherapy and rehabilitation program to help resolve knee pain in people who perform functional training such as CrossFit, F45, Personal training, Gym training etc.

I am looking for a couple more people who would like to receive this program for free as a trial run.

Because it is online, you can be located anywhere in Australia or around the world!

To be eligible for the program you must fit the following criteria
- Have had knee pain in one or both knees for at least 6 weeks
- Have NOT have grade 2 or 3 meniscus injury - Grade 1 Meniscus injury is ok
- Do NOT have moderate to severe joint osteoarthritis diagnosed by x ray or MRI scan - Mild Osteoarthritis is ok
- Have NOT had a total knee replacement
- Have NOT had a serious knee operation from a trauma - Arthroscopes are ok
- Be willing to watch and implement 12 weeks of online content (between 1-2 hours per week)
- Be willing to complete and be consistent with a 12 week rehabilitation program
- Be willing to provide a video testimony at the end of the program
