At Fit Island (FISTS) we specialize in top-notch health, wellness, longevity, sports, and fitness programs designed to elevate your well-being and empower you to achieve lasting, impactful results. Fit Island (FISTS) in collaboration with Concept Sports Consultancy and studies offers fitness and wellbeing-related programs that support the health, fitness, longevity, sports and wellness of participants. In addition, we support those who suffer conditions such as physical movement conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, injury, back and joint pain and high cholesterol, as well as mental conditions like depression, anxiety and stress. Fit Island’s FISTS services also support those on the autism spectrum, adults and children with ADHD, Down syndrome and speech development difficulties. Fit Island FISTS is run by qualified and government-authorised Physical Educators to assess clients’ current lifestyle choices, setting achievable goals and offering quality support. Fit Island FISTS in collaboration with Concept Sports mission is to help people overcome unhealthy habits common in families and communities. An approach that aims to improve all aspects of life and facilitate physical, healthy and sustainable behaviour changes that bring about internal and external excellence.

🙏 A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for the Inspiring Connection x Glenroy Private collaboration on Sunday evening!

On June 1st at 5:30pm, we gathered at Flagstaff Gardens (309-311 William St, West Melbourne) to take part in our Feeding the Homeless initiative — and what a meaningful evening it was. 💛

Your generosity, time, and warm hearts made a real difference. Together, we served meals, shared conversations, and reminded others that they are seen and valued.

A special shoutout to our amazing students who showed up in full school uniform, representing with pride and compassion. 👏
