There is a saying in the west - life is motion. Saw a post today on WeChat, think it makes lots of sense: “life is vibration, The crying of a baby, the beating of the heart, the opening and closing of internal organs, and the flow of channels are all vital rhythms of life.”

World moxa day 2020. Here is some yomogi artemisia princeps (Japanese mugwort) photographed today in the UK (the last photo also shows last year's moxa that was refined from the same plot of mugwort nestling in the beautiful green leaves - (all 50 grams of it!). 50 grams of moxa will make roughly 50,000 cones. Cheap, low-tech, adaptable, effective, safe, easily produced - what more do you want of a therapeutic product?
