🩷 Here we are on the last day of October and I am writing to you in a room almost empty of furniture!😌

My big move is almost here and I can report that I have already cleared car-loads and rooms full of “things” … I really did a number on myself with this whole Shiny Aura business 🙃🤣🤣

But ohhh the lightness! It feels so wonderful, and I am constantly surprised by how well I am coping with the stress of it 😌

I have given up coffee and cut back dramatically on my alcohol consumption 🥂 which I think is helping me to stay sane and upright 😋 … another thing that I did not see coming!

Amazing how it plays out - I had been ‘talking about’ seeing a certain naturopath for a few years now and suddenly it finally happened

Within 2 weeks my gut health has already improved, I have lost weight and am waking with more energy and clarity than I have in a long time

🌈From what I can gather the regular 💫Deep Clearing💫 is managing to address and remove blocks THAT I AM UNAWARE OF.. which is one of the wonderful things about it!

I don’t need to know what these blocks are, it’s just so comprehensive that it’s sweeping up everything (that is not serving me) in its path and clearing the way for wonderful new beginnings 🥰🌱🌱🌱

I won’t pretend that it hasn’t been heavy or confronting sometimes, but I think that we can become so entrenched that it can take a jackhammer to move us out of the concrete we are stuck in 😣

☀️Hello my dear friends 🥰

✨🌈Shiny Aura Club🌈✨

✨We are now at the beginning of October so it is time for the next round of Energetic Deep Clearing 🌟🌟🌟

I wonder what that will have in store for us all?! 💥

💚My life looks completely different since the Shiny Aura Club began 2 months ago ⚡️⚡️⚡️

🏠 I am leaving my home of five years and will be exploring 🌳🌳🌳bush-life🌳 from mid November!💫💫

🏠 I’m currently going through an enormous purge: 🤓 paperwork and memorabilia that goes back over a decade – things that have remained (until now) unseen, untouched and hidden in the darkest recesses of my home

🖤As within so without ☺️

Obviously these things could not survive the cleansing force which is the 🌈✨Shiny Aura Club🌈✨

💖As challenging as it is, I know that I’m moving into a brand-new era of my life and will be doing so lighter and freer than I have ever been

🦚Haaa I am back .. you thought I had forgotten didn’t you? 🤓

🌟 Day 4 of 7, showing up for myself by posting each day 🥰 🌟

👹 I had noticed a few whispers from my friend Resentment … it’s always worth listening to what she has to say … these days I know better than to ignore her! 😆😳🥴

It appears that I have been up to my old tricks, *being in other people’s business* (she said) my clients & friends, yard work, gardening, decluttering etc but apparently neglecting my own 😵😬 (other people’s is much more fun 🤣)

💞So today was a day of following my own excitement, tending to some of those things that bug me or that I will get to “one day” .. weeding my overgrown veggie patches, making a path, planting some natives out the front.. even sjhushjed up the powder room! 😂 (how do you spell that??)

Tired but happy tonight 🤗

It’s amazing the energy 💥boost💥 instead of drain 🌪️🫩 we can receive when we follow the prompts from those quiet voices inside

I needn’t wait for things to be perfect to experience joy,
I needn’t wait for everything to be aligned to trust the path in front of me,

I needn’t wait for permission from anyone outside of me to live my life.
I needn’t look to anyone else for guidance to know what I want or who I am.

I am that I am, I am a journey, a soul, an energy that only I know from the inside out and in that there is catharsis, in that there is wisdom, in that there is a knowing that no one’s thoughts or energy can derail or detract me from.

For it is not about them, it is not attached to or defined by anyone but me.

Only by giving myself permission to access, resonance , to be willing and brave enough to see, to live, to breathe beyond the lines of those who walked before me.

I am not waiting, I am moving forward.
