My last day in the gym will be Friday December 19th, returning Tuesday January 13th.

Changing the world one body, mind and spirit at a time by inspiring, motivating and challenging people from all walks of life to use movement and fitness as a way of caring for their mental and physical health. Informing and educating in order to arm as many people as possible with tools and knowledge that will serve them in taking care of their entire self.
