I was determined to get this 2.5kg PB today.
2 x (ugly) Power Cleans @ 65kg 🫡 I remember when I could barely Deadlift 65kg. Now that’s my Deadlift warm up and my Clean PB 🥳

Ever since I started CrossFit/working out when I was about 29 (I’m 41) I’ve, of course, always wanted to be able to do kipping pull-ups (or any unassisted pull-up variation). But shoulder injuries (l’ve had many) and inconsistent training (coz mental health + neurodivergent = a very inconsistent life for me) have always been in my way. But not anymore! I am so so so happy, as you can see at the end of the vid. It’s been a long time since I’ve been excited about something l’ve achieved in my training and I feel a spark of motivation coming back that I haven’t felt in a little bit. Hi folks! Please be advised that cancellations/rescheduling sessions made between 24 hours and 12 hours before a training session will be subject to 50% of the charge of the missed session. Cancellations/rescheduling sessions made less than 12 hours before a training session will be subject to 100% of the charge of the missed session. I understand that sometimes things arise that are out of your control including sickness and emergencies. However, unlike brief medical appointments, it is impractical to fill training sessions that run for 45-60min at short notice. I am just one person, therefore if a client cancels or reschedules late, or does not arrive for their session appointment time, it directly impacts my livelihood and my availability for my other clients. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice via SMS or voicemail at my number 0424 824 502. Cancellation fees will be calculated at 100% of the session fee for session no shows and same day cancellations made 12 hours or less before the session start time. Please note that I do not send session time reminders and it is up to you to keep track of your appointments with me. Thanks for your understanding.
