I think it's funny how healers can be perceived. Labelled as weird, airy fairy, into "witch craft", hippies, tree huggers (last one def true for me!)

Believe me when I say that most people that are healers now, have not always been that way. The knowledge acquired over years of hurt, trauma, pain, bad choices and unawareness forms the very foundation of their ability and compassion to help others now.

My past is not all rainbows, sunshine, incense and pretty crystals. Man, have I got some stories that would floor you.

But, I've always believed and found through years of study and practice, is that no healer can take you deeper than they've gone themselves, so I'm eternally grateful for every step along the way.

And no matter what, you can take me out of St Albans and see me as who you may perceive me to be now, but I'll always be a little hood-rat from the West 🤣

Bye bye cloud room, thank you for the beautiful ambience these past few months!

I took on renting this space back in November and have had some pretty amazing sessions here. I am leaving with a heart full of gratitude, that's for sure.

As per usual, my home treatment space remains open for all your Kinesiology needs.

Closing chapters, creating space, welcoming change and embracing my path. You know, just your average Tuesday.

You set the standard by how you treat yourself, what you allow, what your values are and how you live by them.

Having standards is not the same as having expectations. When you know who you are based on your values, it's easy to recognise when there's a misalignment with someone's values. Then the power of choice is yours as to if you stay or move along, rather than putting expectations on others to mould to you.

Bottom line; know yourself, love yourself, be true to yourself and you'll find you'll be drawn to more aligned connections that are healthy for you and vice versa.

Craving change? Look beyond the craving and find what you're really asking for. Will the new job, new car, new hairstyle, new partner or new hobby really change what lies beneath? Or is there a deeper desire or aspect of You that needs to be explored?

Real change comes to you when you have gone within and asked the questions and listened for the answer.

Otherwise, we jump from thing to thing, person to person, job to job, to only be left feeling the same dissatisfaction or emptiness.

Come home back to yourSelf, figure out the $ #!t that's blocking your progression, move it along and live your best life.

All we have is now.

➡️ Last slide for a laugh (it's funny coz it's true 😆)

In Victoria, Australia we have just celebrated 40 years of the decriminalisation of homosexuality.

In Australia up until 1899, the death penalty could be applied for homosexual acts and remained the maximum penalty until 1949.

The past 40 years has gotten us to where we are today with more and more openness and acceptance of the rainbow community. While hate, violence, bullying and discrimination still exist, the more we celebrate our Pride, the more we override the hate and pave the way for love and acceptance.

We have come a long way, with more to go, and with ongoing support of the community we will continue to create awareness and educate society.

Love is Love.
