This Chakradance taster takes you through all 7 chakras - from Base to Crown - activating energy, clearing blocks, and reconnecting you with your body.

What to expect:
✨ Free movement with your eyes closed or covered in a space with other like-minded women
✨ Listening to music composed specifically to the frequency of each chakra with headphones on, to really immerse you into your inner world
✨ Guided visualisations to awaken your inner wisdom
✨ Get your creative juices flowing with some artwork
✨ Integration to ground your experience
