Posture plays a crucial role in your child's overall health and well-being, especially as they head back to school. With the return to classrooms, desks, and backpacks, maintaining good posture becomes even more essential.

Tips for Maintaining Good Posture:
💚 Choose the Right Backpack: Ensure it’s lightweight, has padded straps, and is worn on both shoulders to distribute weight evenly.
💚 Set Up an Ergonomic Study Space: The desk and chair should support a neutral spine position, with feet flat on the floor and the screen at eye level.
💚 Encourage Movement: Regular breaks to stretch and move can prevent stiffness and promote better posture.
💚 Teach Awareness: Help your child recognise when they’re slouching and encourage them to sit or stand tall.

Children spend so much of their day at their desks but often forget the importance of good posture. If you notice your child slouching or complaining of back pain after school, remind them to sit with their shoulders relaxed and both feet firmly on the floor!
