We cater to both adults and children who are in receipt of NDIS funding.

During Week 1 of the school holiday day program, the team enjoyed various activities, including watching a movie, engaging in arts and crafts, playing video games, and bowling. Participants had the opportunity to make new friends and connect with people in the community. We are excited to see what Week 2 has in store!

Spaces are still available for the Week 2 program.

Public holiday for Easter weekend. Please speak with your Provider and Participants about your services.

As this Easter weekend approaches, we're providing only necessary services to participants who need 24/7 Care. If you need help in this timeline, please contact our office and we will do our best in Emergency care for you.

We are not open Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, or Monday for the Community Hub

Enjoy your Easter holidays, travel safe and we will see our participants on Tuesday, 7 April 2026

We are on the lookout for Male and Female Support Workers to fill roles within our company. If you live within 30 minutes of MELTON 3337. and seeking Part-time or Full-time (25-38hrs)
Roles:
Male Support worker 2-3 days a week
Female Support worker 4-6 days available
Office Admin 3 days a week, 9-4pm, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Melton Office

Monday - Team Bowling, leaving Melton at 5pm
Tuesday - Cooking & Life Skills 11am - 3pm
Wednesday - Art and Craft therapy 10-2 & 5-8pm

Our NDIS activities day center in Melton 3337 will be open soon
