Back In Motion Melton Back In Motion Melton provides physiotherapy, massage, clinical exercise, and exercise and rehab to Melton and surrounding suburbs.

We have one-on-one, semi-private & group classes all delivered by physiotherapists. Our team is led by Physiotherapist & Director Jayanth Chidananda, we are a growing team of physiotherapists providing a variety of services including neck, back, hip, shoulder injuries, exercise & rehabilitation, massage, clinical exercise and dry needling. Our skilled team also specialise in a variety of treatment techniques to support:

- Women’s Health | incontinence, prolapse, group classes for expecting mums and new mums
- Vertigo | Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)
- Jaw pain | Temporomandibular Jaw Dysfunction (TMJD)

By utilising the benefits of a broader range of clinical methods including clinical exercise, massage, dry needling, and hydrotherapy and more all under the expert guidance of a physiotherapist, Back In Motion has been able to give its clients not only a great experience, but also the outcome they wanted.

🌟 Meet Demelum Uche-Okoye – Our New Physiotherapist 🌟

We’re excited to welcome Demelum to the Back In Motion team!

Demelum is an experienced physiotherapist with over 8 years of clinical experience, having worked across Nigeria, the UK (NHS), and Australia, most recently in private practice in Queensland. She brings a global perspective to care and a genuine passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live well.

She has a growing special interest in pain management, particularly supporting people with persistent and complex pain such as spinal pain, headaches, and chronic pain conditions. Demelum is passionate about helping clients understand their pain, build confidence in movement, and achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes.

Known for her warm, friendly, and upbeat approach, Demelum creates a supportive and relaxed environment where clients feel heard, understood, and encouraged every step of the way. She treats clients from all walks of life with empathy, respect, and care.

Demelum holds a Master of Physiotherapy from Cardiff University and is currently completing a Master of Science in Medicine (Pain Management) at the University of Sydney, working toward APA Titling in Pain Physiotherapy by 2026.

She treats private, WorkCover, and NDIS clients, with a strong interest in pain management, supporting people with persistent and complex pain conditions such as spinal pain, headaches, and chronic pain.
Outside the clinic, Demelum enjoys exploring new places and spending time with family.

📅 Demelum is available for appointments Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays also available, and has immediate availability to take appointments.

Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone—13 years of serving our amazing community! What started as a small clinic with just 3 team members has grown into a thriving team, working together to make a real difference in the social and physical well-being of the people we serve.

Welcome to Back In Motion Melton! Back In Motion Melton is a leading Physiotherapy & Allied health provider in the western suburbs of Melbourne providing Physiotherapy, Clinical Exercise, Massage & Rehabilitation services

We have a team of 6 physiotherapists with varied specialty areas including neck, back, hip, shoulder injuries, women’s health, vertigo (BPPV), jaw pain (TMJD). We use various treatment types including manual therapy, dry needling, clinical exercise & massage therapy.
