Melton Yoga and Pilates
Melton Yoga and Pilates offers Group Mat Pilates and Pilates Reformer classes. Please note there is a daytime and an evening timetable pinned to the top of this page. All Mat and Group Reformer Classes are suitable for beginners. These are group fitness classes and not suitable for those experiencing significant illness, injury, or pain. Although our instructors will always do their best to make class accessible for everyone, it is not possible to customize a group fitness class to suit individual requirements. If you require an individual program please contact Caroline on 0404 822 446 to organize an assessment and program design.
