Exciting times ahead. We are very excited to announce a BIG CHANGE! ❤️

Kelly here- I have been very busy studying Nutrition and Health Coaching over the past 12 months and I am excited to launch my Health Coaching Business.

What does this mean….it’s simply more opportunities for me to work with you to help with your health or your families health.

What exactly does a Health Coach do?
🌸 I will work with you 1:1 to identify your health concerns, together we will set some goals and we will set about achieving these goals through lifestyle and nutritional changes.
🌸 I will be your support, your mentor and the one you are accountable to - ohh such a strong word, I love it!
🌸 It’s Amazing how effective food, lifestyle and mindset changes can be on our health.

Kate is still here. She is still loves her essential oils and she is still as passionate as ever about additives, preservatives and helping our kids steer clear of these foods.
